These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ECNESOFT PTY LTD governing your use of the Poble POS platform.
1. Acceptance
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If acting on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind that entity.
2. License
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal business operations. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or replicate the platform.
3. Free Trial
Trial duration is specified at sign-up. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your account converts to a paid subscription automatically.
4. Fees & Billing
All fees are in AUD and inclusive of GST. Add-ons may incur usage-based charges billed monthly in arrears. Payments are non-refundable unless required by Australian law.
5. Cancellation
Cancel anytime via your dashboard. Effective at end of the current billing cycle — no partial refunds.
6. Liability
Our aggregate liability is capped at the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Service is provided "AS IS".
7. Governing Law
New South Wales, Australia.
